Co. Ltd ( GWT ) is a hi-tech enterprise specialized
in the design , manufacture and developing of large-scale pure water-cooling
systems for high-power industrial equipment, particularly those
with power electronic components, and corresponding control systems.
GWT has a team of highly skilled engineers and workers with abundant
experiences in the area of water processing, mechanical and electrical
engineering design and manufacture, process control and PLC application,
material and piping engineering etc. Based on decade of engineering
and industrial experience, GWT offers proven expertise in:

¡¡¡¡GWT was established in 2001, it consists
of office-general manager office, and 6 sections, i.e. marketin g, technical, manufacture, financial, QM
and administrative sections. We have a good-stuff and compositive
team with 75 employees, among them 80% holds bachelor degrees in
engineering, including 2 Senior Engineers and one Professor. The
company possesses hi-precision mechanical process equipments, depurate
machines , testing and metrical devices, we have passed the ISO9001:2000
quality system certificate.
¡¡¡¡GWT has a long-term cooperation with
Tsinghua University, the best university in engineering field in
China. GWT cooperates with Tsinghua in set up a Research&Design
Center for the test of cooling effectiveness of high power electronic
components in 2001. It can be used to test the heat transfer effectiveness,
the conductivity of the coolant, the metallic and electrolytic corrosion,
and the insulating level of module.The center also cooperates with
Chinese Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) to test the EMC
of the control and protection system of water-cooling equipment
according to the standard IEC61000-4. And it had conducted experiments
on the insulation intensity of pure water cooling system together
with Guangdong EPRI. From 2003 on, GWT cooperates with Wuhan University
in developing new technologies of the internal pure water quality
control of the power generator. These have provided a sound basis
for the further development of the pure-water cooling systems.
¡¡¡¡GWT holds a China¡¦s utility model
of a new style closed-circulating water-cooling system (No.ZL 02
2 42732.5), drafted out <The Standard for The High Power Electronic
Semiconductor Components Water Cooling System>with EPRI. At the same time, we keep on developing
the advanced water cooling systems. GWT have gained the annual technical
foundation support by Haizhu district Science and Technology Bureau
since 2002.
After the successful commissioning of our first industrial cooling
equipment in 2001, tens of pure water-cooling systems for SVC and
other industrial applications has come into operation around China.
In 2003, GWT was awarded the contract of the pure-water cooling
system for China¡¦s first homemade 360MW Monopole Back-to-Back HVDC
Project, which will also be the China¡¦s first homebred water cooling
system for HVDC transmission projects. All these indicate that GWT
has built a good reputation in the fields of electronic component
cooling.
